Alice Asklipious

Born on September 20, 1916 in New York City, she was the daughter of George and Caliope Fassois. She was educated in New York schools.
Alice later met her husband Otto and they married in 1933. They enjoyed 45 years together until he passed in 1979.
She and Otto owned and operated the Cove Restaurant in Great Barrington from 1950 until 1978. Alice moved to Las Vegas to be with her son George several years ago.
Along with her son George, Alice is survived by her four granddaughters, one grandson, several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Otto, her son John and her grandson John, Jr.
Services for the late Alice Asklipious will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home in Gt. Barrington, MA, conducted by Father John Maheras. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery in Great Barrington.
