Alice M. Jirak

Alice M. Jirak, 98, of Stockbridge, MA died peacefully on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Berkshire Medical Center.

She was born on June 3, 1923 in Hollis, NY and lived there until 1946 when she married Chester Jirak and moved to Elmont, NY where they raised two daughters. Alice was a full-time homemaker who enjoyed sewing and cooking. Upon Chester’s retirement, they moved to Stockbridge in 1983.

Alice was predeceased by her husband, Chester, and her daughter, Judith Jirak, and is survived by her daughter, Margaret Fare, and her husband John.

SERVICES – A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 19th at 11:00am at the Stockbridge Cemetery on Main Street in Stockbridge, MA.
