Brenda Lee Kelly

Brenda Kelly passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA. She was born in Great Barrington, MA on May 7, 1968 to Thomas Kelly and Laurie (Farnum) Flynn.

Brenda attended Mt. Everett High School and stayed local to the Berkshire her entire life. She was a very strong-willed woman and dedicated herself to taking care of her family. She was a forced to be reckoned with but her kindness always shone through.

Some of Brenda’s happiest times were spent on the Trierweiler Family Farm that her step-father John owned. She loved coffee and espresso and she enjoyed collecting items especially ashtrays, dolls, and hour glasses, but cats were the ultimate love of her life. She and her cats shared a deep connection and the joy they gave each other was tangible.

Brenda is survived by her life partner, Warren Phillip Pond, her mother, Laurie (Farnum) Flynn, her step-father Tom Flynn, the father of her children, Steven Phillips, her children Ryan Phillips, Tony Phillips, and Shi-Anne Phillips, one grandson Jackson Phillips, her brother, Nicholas Trierweiler, and her step-father John Trierweiler who she thought of and her own father. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
