Crystal Summer Blanchard

Crystal Summer Blanchard, 17, died Wednesday morning, June 16, 2021, at Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington, MA.

She was born on July 24, 2003 in Pittsfield, MA the daughter of Christopher S. and Kelly J. (Duda) Blanchard.

In recent years, Crystal was a resident of Berkshire Meadows in Housatonic, MA where she received excellent care and was loved by all.

She is survived by her father, Christopher Blanchard and her sister, Casey Savannah Blanchard of Garnett, SC. She is also survived by her grandparents, Ruth Blanchard of Stockbridge, MA and Linda and John Duda of Pittsfield, MA. She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Crystal was pre-deceased by her mother, Kelly (Duda) Blanchard of Pittsfield, MA and her grandfather David Blanchard of Stockbridge, MA.
