Hallie Amalia Evans

Hallie Amalia Evans was born on March 10th, 1993 in White Plains, NY, the beloved daughter of Seth Evans and Ellen Weisberg.

Hallie grew up in Yorktown Heights, NY in the coziest house in the world. As an adult, Hallie lived in the Berkshires where she grew beautiful gardens; each as wild and eclectic and free as she was. Some people march to a different drummer; Hallie had her own band. An ensemble of people she collected throughout her life with her loving spirit, her open mind, and her accepting heart. Hallie radiated freedom and love. In her presence you were invited to be free, too.

Hallie was a beloved daughter, sister, partner, niece, cousin, and friend. She was a devoted caregiver, who cared for her grandparents at the end of their lives with love, dignity and respect. She was a movement teacher, artist, crafter, traveler, reader, foodie, dancer, and dangly earring enthusiast.

She was a loving mom to every cat, but especially Sugar. Hallie died on December 31st, 2025, in the presence of her loved ones. She is joining her grandparents Nina, Richard, Harry and Tess.

She is survived by her mother Ellen, her father Seth, her brother Danny, her sister-in-law Ryanne, her partner Jalen, and many other people who know the world will never be quite as good as when she was here. Hallie, you were a dream - please visit us in ours.
