Thomas Hoose Smith

Thomas Hoose Smith, 69 from Rensselaerville, NY passed peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Berkshire Rehabilitation Center in Sandisfield, MA.
He is survived by his daughter Chasity (John) McGivern of Knox, NY son Che Smith of Berne, NY, and his former wife Cheryl Schmidt. He also leaves 5 grandchildren, John Todd McGivern from Knox, NY, Thomas Che, Amanda, Patrick and Meaghan Smith from Herkimer, NY and his siblings, Laurie Lee Pearson and Jamie Smith.
He was predeceased by his brother Roland Smith.
The family would like to give it’s heartfelt thanks to the staff at Berkshire Rehabilitation Center especially Carla and Shelby, you meant the world to him.
SERVICES:
Burial with Military Honors will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY.
