Viola Patricia Keefner, a beloved member of the Great Barrington community, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2024, at the age of 84. Born March 18, 1940, Pat dedicated nearly four decades of her life as a seamstress at Country Curtains, where her talent and creativity brought joy to countless customers.
Pat was pre-deceased by her devoted husband, James Keefner Sr., as well as her son Wayne, daughter Cindy Keefner, sister Shirley Palmer, half-brother Irby Hankey, half-sister Joanne Hankey, and granddaughter Tricia Torrico.
She is survived by her half-brother Rick Hankey, sister Wanda Hankey, son James (Mike) Keefner Jr., granddaughters Whitney and Kayla Keefner, and great-grandson Kamdin Torrico.
A vibrant soul, Pat found joy in drawing, dancing, bowling, playing cards, and listening to music, with Elvis holding a special place in her heart. Her warmth, laughter, and creativity will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
SERVICE - A graveside service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Elmwood Cemetery, 90 Stockbridge Rd., Great Barrington, MA.
