Virginia Ann Guarda

Virginia Ann Guarda, 91, died on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington, MA.

Virginia was born on November 19, 1930 in Housatonic, MA, to her parents Harry Gracyk and Eleanor Brozowa. She married the late Carmelo R. Guarda, Sr. on June 6, 1951 in New Lebanon, NY.

Virginia attended local schools and graduated in the class of 1949 from the former Searles High School. She worked at Rising Paper Company and Berkshire Holding Corporation and she loved working in her flower gardens.

She is survived by her son, Carmelo R. Guarda, Jr. (Gail), her two daughters, Patricia A. Guarda and Sandi J. Guarda, her granddaughter Michelle L. Guarda, her two grandsons Dominic R. Guarda and Christopher J. Guarda, and her nephew Stanley J. Gracyk, Jr.
